LPC’s (Licensed Professional Counselors) and LMFT’s (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists) have earned their masters degree in counseling which included a 300 hour practicum internship, then 3,000 hours as counseling associates, and then passing the state licensing exam to be fully licensed in Texas.
